Lotaja.shop provides tools for individuals and businesses to set up online stores, manage inventory, accept orders, engage with customers, and integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways and logistics providers. Additional features include vendor onboarding, a custom domain system, and customer analytics.

By using Lotaja.shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal authority to bind any organization you represent, and that your use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Users must register an account to access most features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account up to date. You are fully responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Vendors must complete the onboarding process, which includes providing valid identification, business information, and banking details for payouts. We reserve the right to approve or reject any vendor application based on compliance with our internal policies and applicable laws. Vendors are responsible for their products, order fulfillment, and customer support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are solely responsible for the content, images, and descriptions you post on your store. You must not list or sell any illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services, and you must ensure that all pricing, stock levels, and product details are accurate and not misleading.

Lotaja.shop allows you to connect a custom domain to your store. You are responsible for purchasing and managing your domain name unless you are using a domain registered through Lotaja.shop. If you use a third-party domain, you must configure your DNS settings as instructed. Lotaja.shop is not responsible for downtime or domain misconfiguration.

We offer both free and paid plans, and each plan comes with its own set of features and limitations. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees associated with your account, and any failed or overdue payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Lotaja.shop may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, email services, and logistics providers. We are not responsible for any actions or failures of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own separate terms and policies.

You agree not to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell platform features without authorization, interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform, or upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

All intellectual property associated with Lotaja.shop, including its design, code, branding, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Lotaja Inc. You retain ownership of your own content, but by posting it on Lotaja.shop you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating the platform.

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement standard security measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we consider harmful to the platform or to other users. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Lotaja.shop is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotaja Inc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotaja Inc, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lotaja Inc with respect to your use of Lotaja.shop.
