4. Vendor Onboarding

• Vendors are responsible for their products, order fulfillment, and customer support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Store Content and Conduct

• You are solely responsible for the content, images, and descriptions you post on your store.
• You must not list or sell any illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services.
• You must ensure that all pricing, stock levels, and product details are accurate and not misleading.

6. Custom Domains

• Lotaja.shop allows users to connect a custom domain to their store.
• You are responsible for purchasing and managing your domain name unless using a domain registered via Lotaja.shop.
• If using a third-party domain, you must configure DNS settings as instructed.
• Lotaja.shop is not responsible for downtime or domain misconfiguration.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• We offer both free and paid plans. Each plan comes with its own set of features and limitations.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees associated with your account.
• Any failed or overdue payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Use of Third-Party Services

• We are not responsible for any actions or failures of third-party services.
